Thank you for considering me to accompany you on your journey toward change. Navigating the world can be tough when you consistently try to please others, have difficulty making decisions, or fear speaking your mind. I work with individuals who are often marginalized and exhausted by their unhealthy relationships with self and others. Often when we attempt to live differently, negative emotions will kick in that cause us to cling to our old ways. I know all too well how difficult it is to feel overwhelmed or trapped by your circumstances. Together we'll push back on negative self-talk, people pleasing, poor boundaries, self-sabotage, and other unhelpful patterns that may be limiting life choices. My therapeutic style is very warm, interactive, upfront, and relaxed; injecting a bit of laughter as needed. As your ally, my role is to create a safe and affirming space for you to begin exploring patterns while working towards change. Together we will strengthen your confidence and personal power to improve your positive self-talk and behaviors.
